I understand things happen and emergencies are a reality . Communication is key! If a suitable agreement to reschedule has been made with in 7 days from your set appointment you will not forfeit your paid deposit. That deposit will be used towards the newly scheduled appointment. There is a 15 minute grace period if your running late. Please call me! After your 15 minutes you will forfeit your deposit and your appointment will be automatically canceled. No- Show will result in being charged 60% of your appointment fee. All deposits are non refundable. Thank you for your understanding and time!
